For direct bookings:
- Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.
- We’ll do our best to offer alternatives based on availability if you wish to change your dates, but we cannot guarantee the same room.

All rooms are doubles, except for one with two single beds. Some rooms can accommodate a third single bed at an extra cost of € 70 per night, including breakfast. Complimentary cribs for children 0–3 are available upon request.

By plane: The closest airports are Torino-Caselle (50 minutes by car) and Milano-Malpensa (1 hour and 40 minutes by car).

Yes, all rooms and common areas have Wi-Fi, including the garden. Each room has a desk and chair, and shared spaces are available for work until 7 PM. After breakfast, the veranda and garden tables can also be used for work. We prioritize silence, so we kindly ask guests to hold meetings and calls in their rooms to avoid disturbing others.
